What is a CMS?

The Content Management System (CMS) is a secondary website used to add, modify and delete content from your website. The CMS is customized for your website insuring only the options and controls you need are available. Every planned aspect of your website can be controlled using the CMS, whether its changing text, adding new services or uploading an image the CMS will walk you through the steps. The public website is then programmed to immediately display the changes made using the CMS.

Logging In

The CMS allows you to control who has access and after logging in what they can change.

  • Individual logins
  • Limit what each login can change

Main Menu

The main menu is setup to easily navigate to the section of the website you would like to update.

Section Menu

Each major section of the website will have a menu to Add, Modify or Delete information. Depending on the section there may be other options as well that allow you to prioritize the items, add images or upload files.

Add / Modify Form

The form will ask you to fill out information for the item you are adding or modifying. Each form has input fields based on the item.

  • Text editor for paragraphs of text that allows text formatting
  • Individually labeled fields for all information needed
  • Each item has an "active" option, when inactive the item is still stored in the CMS but is not displayed on the site

  • Type to fill in forms
