KOSCER was developed by 1Eighty Design as a way to increase awareness of local businesses, organizations and attractions. The site has many features such as events, news, coupons, jobs, charity needs, weather and movie times.
Affiliates can sign themselves up on the site and manage their own content. This allows affiliates to sell themselves and spread the word about what's going on with their business.
